We kindly request the full payment upon booking your charter. However, if your booking is scheduled more than 72 hours in advance, we are happy to make accommodations to suit your needs.
To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 72 hours before your booking date. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a 50% refund of your deposit. Unfortunately, same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
The minimum duration for a day charter is four hours.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Kindly consult with us prior to your charter to ensure adequate refrigeration space is available.
Yes, you are welcome to bring alcohol on board. However, please note that the crew is unable to serve guests any beer, wine, or liqueur.
